We have books on French history and the revolution in the library, both in the stacks and in the reference room; do a keyword and subject search for "French revolution."  We have some on reserve for you.  As well, you should look at our online resources, including SIRS Researcher, Britannica 2000, and Worldbook 2000.

Also, you should take advantage of our trial subscription to EBSCO online; here you will find lots of newspaper, magazine and journal articles on every topic imaginable, although much of this information is retrospective.

Many of your specific topics are not listed, yet you will find plenty of information on the other pages about all your topics.  You should read some of the general background first and then find relationships to look for the more specific information.  For example, information about Cardinal de Roan can be found on the Marie Antoinette pages.

Finally, if you do your own search, you should use Yahoo! first, as it lists topics much more completely and accurately than if you use an open search engine like Google.

As always, if you need any help, please see me.  The list below is just to get you started; it is not complete.
