Bilingual Schools Poetry Festival

Please click on one of the links below to submit your participants for this year's Festival. Once you have submitted this information, you will receive a confirmation. If you have any problems, please email me or call me (555-2039, ext Biblioteca), and we'll get it sorted out.

All entries should be submitted by Friday, February 4, 2011

Remember...

	If you or someone from your school is interested in being part of the program as an adult speaker, please click here to submit your name.
	You may not include more students for one age level to make up for fewer in another.
	You may only include a maximum of ten students for each group category and five for the dramatic category.
	Please include the name of the sponsor with each participant’s name.
	Please proofread the original poetry before it is sent to me.
	Please review our other reminders for participants and schools

Primary - 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grades

	Thursday, February 10, 2011
	Participants should arrive by 6:30pm / Show Starts at 7:00
	You may have three Unpublished, two Published, two Groups (2-10 students each group), and one Dramatic Group (2-5 students) participate at this age level.

Lower Secondary - 6th, 7th and 8th Grades

	Wednesday, February 16, 2011
	Participants should arrive by 6:30pm / Show Starts at 7:00
	You may have three Unpublished, three Published, two Groups (2-10 students each group), and one Dramatic Group (2-5 students) participate at this age level.

Upper Secondary - 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th Grades

	Thursday, February 17, 2011
	Participants should arrive by 6:30pm / Show Starts at 7:00
	You may have three Unpublished, three Published, two Groups (2-10 students each group), and one Dramatic Group (2-5 students) participate at this age level.

Preprimary - 6-7 Years Old

	Thursday, February 10, 2011 - 9:00 to 11:30AM - THIS DATE IS TENTATIVE
	This NEW event will be coordinated directly through the Preprimary office at Colegio Bolivar - see here for more information
