Su experiencia en agronom\u00eda fue de gran utilidad con jardineros, maestros y estudiantes que expresaron inter\u00e9s y le hicieron preguntas durante el transcurso de su primera sesi\u00f3n: una fueron al jard\u00edn para ver c\u00f3mo nuestras plantas de caf\u00e9 absorb\u00edan los nutrientes y c\u00f3mo las micorrizas trabajaban junto con las ra\u00edces en una relaci\u00f3n Gabriel explicando c\u00f3mo las especies de invertebrados y los microorganismos (hongos y bacterias) ayudaban a la descomposici\u00f3n de la materia org\u00e1nica para producir nuevo compost
