The garden once again grows and produces food and vegetables for our community. A couple of racemes of bananas were taken to Chris\u00b4s cafeteria for our school workers where they were used for desert and in San Cocho!<\/p>\n

These were the first bananas produced from our cacao plot!<\/p>\n

Yuca that was planted last year by Hugo was harvested by all students. Over 20kilos was produced, most of which went to the workers cafeteria!<\/p>\n

And, although we were plagued by Broca at the start of this academic year, we still managed to produce a substantial harvest of coffee, which was sold at the farmer\u00b4s market and to teachers for advanced Christmas presents.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
