You may find one in your neighborhood; pilates, crossfit, spinning, and aerobics are popular in Cali, and you will see many of these new places around town (however, imports have said that the aerobics offered are &#8220;old style, high impact, and fast-moving). Finally, I promised to mention and clarify the availability of Golf in Cali. Golf is available usually by invitation only, but there are a couple of clubs that will let you in with only a daily charge. For those clubs that require membership, we have had some teachers that have obtained some free passes for a limited amount of time; however, normally you need to find a family that belongs to the clubs (the school is full of them) and get invited to play. Usually, this is not a real problem. An enthusiast could work his\/her way into the club fairly regularly. The price is roughly a $40.00 green fee and a $10.00 caddy fee.<\/p>\n<p>There are gyms on every corner now, it seems, and you can choose not only according to location, but according to taste, size, and speed\/rhythm.
