Grades: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th
The Primary section has two counselors: Adriana Patiño in 2nd and 3rd grade and Natalia Remolina in 4th and 5th.
The Counseling Department´s responsibility is to provide emotional and psychological support to students and their families as needed in the school environment. Another responsibility is to provide support to the faculty in relation to their teaching practices and its effects on student growth.
The Counseling Department works with all students through the Affectivity Program. Topics that are appropriate to each stage of the child’s development are addressed: expressing emotions and feelings, interpersonal relationships, conflict resolutions, autonomy and responsibility, among others.
