Your workshop should have the tone of explaining and teaching an approach or technique, not trying to convince<br \/>participants that it is the best teaching opportunity since Socrates.<\/li><li>\u00a0Leave plenty of time for questions, but do not simply say \u00abAny questions?\u201d plan a brief activity that will allow the group to come up with thoughtful questions.<\/li><li>\u00a0Be sure you address difficulties and problems you encountered using a specific approach. Your credibility will be increased by a frank explanation of problems and frustrations.<\/li><li>\u00a0RELAX!
