That symbolic milestone marked the beginning of a transformation that is now taking shape with the construction of the remaining modules: <strong>the main coliseum<\/strong> and the<strong> gymnasium for the Early Childhood and Primary sections,<\/strong> known as <em data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"784\">Mafalda<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"1322\">Civil works for this new stage began in<b> March 2025<\/b> and are currently in the <b>structural phase, <\/b>consolidating the frameworks that will define each projected space. The main coliseum\u2014featuring a central court, rooms for gymnastics, aerobics, and fitness training, changing rooms, teachers\u2019 offices, a caf\u00e9, and storage areas\u2014has its concrete structure nearly completed. In the coming months, the <b>final service slab will be poured,<\/b> which will house the ventilation and air-conditioning systems\u2014an essential step before installing the roof.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1827\">Meanwhile, the <strong><em data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1348\">Mafalda<\/em> area,<\/strong> which includes covered multipurpose courts, has progressed quickly thanks to its proximity to the Primary School section. Its structure is already finished and currently undergoing <b>roofing, <\/b>which will soon allow for the construction of restrooms, bleachers, and interior finishes. According to the schedule, this area is expected to be completed by <b>January 2026, <\/b>while the entire complex\u2014including the coliseum\u2014is projected to be finished by J<b>une or July of the same yea<\/b>r.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"2231\">The construction process, supervised by the firm <strong data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1912\">Francisco Angulo M. Ingenieros<\/strong>, has progressed smoothly, overcoming the challenges typical of a project of this magnitude.
