Since its beginnings in the welcoming Casa Limoncillo in April 2005, this space has served as a laboratory for artistic exploration for our children, grounded in the renowned Italian educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-915ca70 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"915ca70\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53733ea elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"53733ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>What began as a pilot project led by Manena Vilanova and Paula Agudelo soon became a cornerstone of learning at the School. In 2007, the Atelier inaugurated its own dedicated space, enabling more students to experience investigation and creation through art. Between 2008 and 2012, it even extended beyond the classroom, leaving a meaningful impact through the Zona Choc\u00f3 Research and Creation Laboratory, a project recognized by the Ministry of Culture.<\/p><p>Now celebrating 20 years since its creation, the Atelier is founded on three fundamental pillars:<\/p><p>First, the Atelier is a place of listening, where childhood\u2019s alternative ways of knowing the world\u2014of understanding, being, and inhabiting it\u2014are acknowledged, legitimized, and made visible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44f2d58 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"44f2d58\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ebc4767 elementor-widget elementor-widget-shortcode\" data-id=\"ebc4767\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"shortcode.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-shortcode\"><iframe width=\"850\" height=\"478\" src=\"https:\/\/myalbum.com\/embed\/2M3RruJvvjnV\/\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe4cb47 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"fe4cb47\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e2663a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7e2663a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Second, it focuses on the relationship between children and artistic practices. In the Atelier, art is not used merely as a means of expression, nor is the goal to turn children into accomplished artists. Rather, the primary intention is to foster a relationship of attentiveness and shared commitment between children and their projects, integrating the environment, materials, and collaboration to create a collective creative experience in which everyone\u2019s ideas can meet and grow.<\/p><p>The third pillar centers on waste as narrative.
