Discurso de Agradecimiento<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Hoy celebramos uno de los logros m\u00e1s importantes de nuestras vidas. Esta ceremonia marca el cierre de una de las etapas m\u00e1s significativas que hemos vivido y el comienzo de una historia que a\u00fan est\u00e1 por escribirse. Y aunque sentimos una inmensa alegr\u00eda, es imposible no sentir tambi\u00e9n un poco de nostalgia.<\/span><\/p>

Esperamos este d\u00eda durante a\u00f1os. Lo imaginamos en cada examen dif\u00edcil, en cada clase eterna y en cada momento en que solo quer\u00edamos que llegara la graduaci\u00f3n. Pero ahora que finalmente est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed, creo que muchos dar\u00edamos cualquier cosa por detener el tiempo un instante m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/p>

Porque hoy no solo nos despedimos de un colegio. Nos despedimos de un hogar.<\/span><\/p>

El Bol\u00edvar nos vio crecer, nos dio herramientas para enfrentar el mundo y nos ense\u00f1\u00f3 a creer en nosotros mismos. Por eso, antes de irnos, queremos hacer algo muy sencillo: dar las gracias.<\/span><\/p>

Nuestra historia comenz\u00f3 con una maleta m\u00e1s grande que nosotros y con el miedo de soltar la mano de nuestros pap\u00e1s el primer d\u00eda de clases. Muy pronto ese miedo se transform\u00f3 en amistades, juegos, presentaciones, recreos y una familia que iba mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los lazos de sangre.<\/span><\/p>

En Primaria aprendimos que el colegio tambi\u00e9n pod\u00eda ser un lugar para re\u00edr, equivocarnos y descubrir lo que nos apasionaba. Nos sent\u00edamos due\u00f1os del campus y cada recuerdo fue construyendo la historia que hoy compartimos.<\/span><\/p>

Despu\u00e9s lleg\u00f3 Middle School y, justo cuando empez\u00e1bamos a sentirnos grandes, el mundo se detuvo. La pandemia nos oblig\u00f3 a valorar cosas que antes parec\u00edan normales: compartir un sal\u00f3n, caminar por los corredores, re\u00edrnos con nuestros amigos o simplemente estar juntos. Aprendimos que pertenecer a una comunidad es un privilegio.<\/span><\/p>

Y casi sin darnos cuenta lleg\u00f3 High School. Empezamos a pensar en el futuro, en los AP, el SAT y las universidades. Vivimos viajes, despedimos a profesores que marcaron nuestras vidas y tambi\u00e9n vimos partir a personas que dejaron una huella profunda en el Colegio. En Salento entendimos que el final estaba mucho m\u00e1s cerca de lo que imagin\u00e1bamos.<\/span><\/p>

Hoy, despu\u00e9s de 14 a\u00f1os, nos damos cuenta de que el Colegio nos ense\u00f1\u00f3 much\u00edsimas cosas… excepto c\u00f3mo decir adi\u00f3s.<\/span><\/p>

Nos sentimos profundamente orgullosos de cada persona que est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed. Cada uno de ustedes deja esta instituci\u00f3n con una historia diferente, pero todos nos llevamos algo de quienes compartieron este camino con nosotros: una lecci\u00f3n, una amistad, una conversaci\u00f3n o un recuerdo que nos acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 siempre.<\/span><\/p>

Sabemos que muchos sentimos incertidumbre por lo que viene. Y est\u00e1 bien. Pero si hay algo que estos a\u00f1os nos demostraron, es que somos capaces de superar cualquier desaf\u00edo que la vida nos ponga enfrente.<\/span><\/p>

Por eso queremos agradecer. Gracias a nuestros profesores por ense\u00f1arnos mucho m\u00e1s que contenidos. Gracias a nuestros padres por acompa\u00f1arnos en cada paso. Gracias a todos los colaboradores del Colegio por hacer de este lugar un segundo hogar.<\/span><\/p>

Y, sobre todo, gracias a ustedes, compa\u00f1eros. Gracias por las risas, por el apoyo, por las conversaciones, por las historias y por convertirse en esa familia que elegimos sin darnos cuenta.<\/span><\/p>

Tal vez la vida nos lleve por caminos distintos y no volvamos a compartir el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Pero sabemos que la Familia Bol\u00edvar siempre ser\u00e1 un lugar al que podremos regresar.<\/span><\/p>

Ha sido un verdadero honor crecer junto a ustedes. Muchas gracias.<\/span><\/p>

Today, we celebrate one of the most important milestones of our lives. This ceremony marks the end of one of the most meaningful chapters we have ever experienced and the beginning of a story that is still waiting to be written. And while we are filled with joy, it is impossible not to feel a little nostalgic.<\/p>\n

We have looked forward to this day for years. We imagined it through every difficult exam, every endless class, and every moment when we simply wished graduation would arrive. But now that it is finally here, I think many of us would give anything to pause time for just a little longer.<\/p>\n

Because today, we are not only saying goodbye to a school.<\/p>\n

We are saying goodbye to a home.<\/p>\n

Colegio Bol\u00edvar watched us grow, equipped us with the tools to face the world, and taught us to believe in ourselves. Before we leave, there is one simple thing we want to do:<\/p>\n

Say thank you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our journey began with backpacks that seemed bigger than we were and the fear of letting go of our parents’ hands on that very first day of school. Before long, that fear gave way to friendships, games, performances, recess, and a family that extended far beyond blood ties.<\/p>\n

In Elementary School, we discovered that school could also be a place to laugh, make mistakes, and find what truly inspired us. We felt like we owned the campus, and every memory became another chapter in the story we share today.<\/p>\n

Then came Middle School. Just as we were beginning to feel grown up, the world came to a standstill. The pandemic taught us to appreciate things we had once taken for granted: sharing a classroom, walking through the hallways, laughing with our friends, or simply being together. We learned that belonging to a community is a privilege.<\/p>\n

And almost without realizing it, High School arrived. We began thinking about the future\u2014AP courses, the SAT, college applications, and the dreams that awaited us beyond these walls. We experienced unforgettable trips, said goodbye to teachers who profoundly shaped our lives, and mourned members of our community whose impact will never be forgotten. It was during our trip to Salento that many of us truly realized how close the end had become.<\/p>\n

Today, after fourteen years, we have come to understand that Colegio Bol\u00edvar taught us so many things…<\/p>\n

…except how to say goodbye.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are incredibly proud of every person sitting here today. Each of you leaves this school with a different story, yet all of us carry something from those who walked this journey beside us\u2014a lesson, a friendship, a conversation, or a memory that will stay with us forever.<\/p>\n

We know that many of us feel uncertain about what lies ahead.<\/p>\n

And that’s okay.<\/p>\n

Because if these past fourteen years have taught us anything, it is that we are capable of overcoming whatever challenges life places before us.<\/p>\n

So today, we simply want to say thank you.<\/p>\n

Thank you to our teachers for teaching us lessons that went far beyond the classroom.<\/p>\n

Thank you to our parents for standing beside us every step of the way.<\/p>\n

Thank you to every member of the Colegio Bol\u00edvar staff for making this place feel like a second home.<\/p>\n

And most of all, thank you to our classmates.<\/p>\n

Thank you for the laughter, the encouragement, the conversations, the memories, and for becoming the family we never realized we were choosing.<\/p>\n

Life may take us in different directions, and we may no longer share our everyday lives.<\/p>\n

But we know that the Bol\u00edvar Family<\/strong> will always be a place we can come home to.<\/p>\n

It has been a true privilege to grow up alongside all of you.<\/p>\n
