That mission became known as the Class of 2026.

Its objective was clear: to bring together a group of courageous explorers who would one day venture into the world prepared to make a difference. To accomplish this, twenty-three yellow spacecraft—better known as our school buses—traveled across the city, collecting ninety-eight young crew members who would begin an extraordinary journey through four stages of training.

Many arrived carrying colorful backpacks. Some held tightly to their parents’ hands, while others were already convinced they could conquer the universe on their own. Before long, they discovered places that would forever become part of their story: the mango tree, the classrooms, the hallways, and the doors from which they would one day launch toward new horizons.

Their first stage was Bachué, where they learned their earliest lessons in independence, responsibility, and curiosity. They then crossed the great arch into Elementary School, expanding their understanding of the universe through science, mathematics, athletics, and challenges that helped shape their character.

Next came Middle School, a chapter that taught them the value of teamwork, resilience, and the realization that no great mission is ever accomplished alone.

Then came a challenge no one could have anticipated: a global pandemic that brought the entire world to a standstill. For a moment, it seemed as though the mission itself might have to be abandoned. Yet, thanks to the vision, leadership, and determination of those guiding this journey, the mission continued.

Finally came High School, the last stage of their training. Here they faced new academic, social, and personal challenges, proving they were ready to embrace greater responsibilities and discover who they were destined to become.

Dr. Nagy, today you send into the world the final generation of students you had the privilege of accompanying from their very first steps. Fourteen years ago, you did more than open the doors of this institution—you opened the doors of your heart, teaching them that true success is built upon justice, compassion, integrity, and respect for others.

The mission of the Class of 2026 is now ready for launch.

Today, our ninety-eight astronauts wear their blue gowns as a reminder that the sky is not the limit—it is only the beginning.

And as every Artemis astronaut carries a Personal Preference Kit (PPK) on their mission, we encourage you to pack yours with thousands of hugs, countless dreams waiting to be fulfilled, and every cherished memory that made this place your home.

Avengers… mission accomplished.

And now, as we bid farewell to our sons and daughters, let us ask the God of Life to walk beside them, protect them, and guide them wherever their journey may lead.

Congratulations, Class of 2026, and Godspeed.

[1

post-46661","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized
["GET
