The garden once again grows and produces food and vegetables for our community. A couple of racemes of bananas were taken to Chris´s cafeteria for our school workers where they were used for desert and in San Cocho!

These were the first bananas produced from our cacao plot!

Yuca that was planted last year by Hugo was harvested by all students. Over 20kilos was produced, most of which went to the workers cafeteria!

 

And, although we were plagued by Broca at the start of this academic year, we still managed to produce a substantial harvest of coffee, which was sold at the farmer´s market and to teachers for advanced Christmas presents.
