Today is International Coffee Day which we celebrated with the Don Simón Coffee Club setting out our ideas and projects for the year and taking a group photo – it is one of the biggest High School clubs and I am immensely proud of them.

In order to re-build the terrace we first had to breakdown what we already had. That meant dismantling the existing rock wall, weeding by digging weeds into the earth and levelling the terrace.
