Interview with Felipe Mejía
How long have you been in the model?
I’ve been a part of the MUN model for 5 years.
What is the hardest thing of being in MUN?
Being a rookie ‘cause you get nervous and don’t know what to say or how to interact with the other delegates. However, you slowly acquire confidence and develop new skills to speak clearly.
Best part of MUN?
I would say the best part is to discuss a problem, not only with the delegates of my commission, but also the ones on different ones because they contribute different perspectives that help build a better argument.
Can you express to us a phrase that incentivizes students who have not participated in the UN, to sign up for it?
Don’t be afraid to speak in what you believe in.
