THE GREENHOUSE PROJECT – CONSTRUCTION and WORKS

We are finally beginning to see progress on the construction of the greenhouse.

The structure is finally up! and this was done quickly. After our last meeting the funding for the Greenhouse Project was approved by Dr J. Nagy and a provider was found that could do the necessary soldering and metalwork to produce our structure. This structure was defined between Sara, Gabriela and Melissa, the school engineer and myself. This was delivered in January 2022.

Prior to this the site was surveyed where the structure was going to be set up and staked out. Foundations were dug and poured with cement, kindly donated by Reinel Moreno, father of Alejandro Moreno, one of my 10th grade students this year.

We now are looking for a provider for the anti-trip netting that we shall use to cover the structure.
