The class is based on learning through trying new things and gaining new experiences. One of the keys is for the students to understand that anyone can teach. Here Federica is  learning a new skill of  how to sharpen a spade. All the students had a go at sharpening their own spades and other equipment.  They were taught by the experts, our maintenance staff.
