The Community Affairs & School Development Office has the following goals:

  • Promote the concept of Colegio Bolívar as a Community.
  • Ensure that Colegio Bolívar is responsive to the needs and expectations of its various constituents.
  • Ensure that the future development of Colegio Bolívar occurs in a logical manner which is consistent with the resources available.

This office coordinates the following activities at the school:

  • Admissions – coordinates and supervises the school admissions process.
  • School Image – creates and implements strategies to attract and keep the kind of families we want to have within the school community.
  • Communications – supervises and coordinates in terms of timing, delivery, appearance, and content of all school publications.
  • Community Relations – acts as a liaison to parents’ and alumni associations and promotes action and interaction within and among the various sectors of the school community and the greater Cali community.
  • Development– devises strategies for annual giving programs, occasional major development projects, and supervises all school activities which seek to raise funds from the school community and the community at large.
