Colegio Bolívar is looking for our next High School Principal — an inspiring, student-centered leader ready to guide a dynamic Grades 9-12 community in a vibrant international and bilingual environment in Cali, Colombia.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, School Administration, or a related field
• Educational leadership/administrative credential or equivalent preparation
• Significant successful experience as a secondary educator and educational leader
• Demonstrated understanding of contemporary research and best practice in secondary teaching and learning
• Previous experience as a High School Principal, Secondary Principal, Assistant Principal, or comparable division-level leader is highly desired
• International, American international, or bilingual school experience is highly desired
• Functional biliteracy in English & Spanish is highly desired
• Experience with AP and/or IB programs, university counseling, and inclusive practices/MTSS is a plus
