The most important integration event of our Bolívar Community is back.
Bolívar Day, organized by the Parents Association, ASOPADRES, brings families together around sports, recreational, and artistic activities in which students and alumni of the school participate.Save the date and get ready for a special and meaningful day where you will share with friends and enjoy recreation, inflatables for the kids, music, a variety of food, and many more surprises!
9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. | Saturday, April 18
Ticket: $5,000. It will be available on the day of the event at the entrance of the school. With your contribution, you will be supporting Bolívar Social.
Recreation Park Wristband: $50,000
With this wristband, you will be able to enjoy all the attractions of the Recreation Park during the event.
For your convenience, we will have card payment (POS machine) available to purchase vouchers and wristbands.
This year, due to the construction works currently taking place at the school, Bolívar Day will include some changes that involve adjustments to the spaces and event layout:
Food Court: The food court and dining area will be located in the Student Cafeteria and surrounding areas, a space designed for families to share and enjoy together.
Business Fair: This year we will not have the Business Fair.
Bingo Provivienda: The traditional Bingo will take place in our main Cafeteria.

Join our Social and
Environmental Initiatives 
As part of Bolívar Day, several activities will take place to support the social and environmental impact programs of our School.
Provivienda Bingo
The Provivienda Bingo is organized and sponsored by ASOPADRES as part of Bolívar Day. The funds raised through this activity support the Provivienda Fund, which benefits the employees in Transportation, Operations, and Maintenance at our School by providing the down payment for their homes or improvements to their housing. Through this initiative, we reflect the Bolívar Values, strengthening bonds of solidarity and community spirit. We invite you to support this initiative in different ways: by purchasing bingo tickets, helping sell them, or making donations for the prizes.
Ticket price: $10,000 (valid for one bingo card). Tickets are available at the ASOPADRES office or on Bolívar Day at the entrance of the Swall Auditorium.
Bolívar Social
With the entrance contribution to Bolívar Day ($5,000), we will sponsor a day of fun for children from partner institutions in the School’s Social Service Program, which will take place on Sunday, April 19.
Parent Commitment
Please remember that bringing outside food and consuming alcohol on campus is prohibited.
Kindly refrain from bringing alcoholic beverages, as they will be confiscated.
