Wellness and Self-care Week

Make self-care and care for others a daily practice.

From September 16th to 20th, Colegio Bolívar will focus on emotional management, community sense, inclusion, and empathy by celebrating Wellness Week. Under the theme “I’m fine, you’re fine, we’re fine“, the educational community will come together for activities and reflections aimed at making self-care a daily and shared practice.

This initiative arises within the framework of the Strategic Plan 2022-2025, motivated by the results of the surveys conducted last school year, this thematic week was designed to address in a preventive and educational way self-care in all its dimensions: mental, physical, emotional, relational and cognitive.

The goals of this event are:

  • Create a space in the school calendar for the entire community to reflect on self-care as both a personal and social responsibility.
  • Provide students from El Nido through 12th grade with meaningful experiences related to self-care, exploring its origins, best practices, and its evolution over time.
  • Promote a comprehensive understanding of well-being that includes not just the absence of illness but also mental, physical, social, and academic balance.
