Packing & Baggage

  • Please DO NOT use cardboard boxes and cheap plastic bins.
  • Use sturdy plastic bins, suitcases, or duffel bags for your shipped items.
    • Your shipping allowance covers approximately 4 shipped items at 50 pounds each.
    • Plastic bins are affordable, use up less weight, and allow for careful packing for breakable items.
    • Secure your shipped items with locks, duct tape, or straps.
  • If you are sending anything new, you must unpack it and take off the tags or labels. Everything must be shown as used.
  • All SHIPPED baggage must have a detailed inventory of the items with their approximate price. This inventory must be sent by email to Alejandro Valencia  (at the shipping company – A TIEMPO CARGO) alejovalencia@atiempocargo.com and Olga Lucía Nuñez at Colegio Bolivar onunez@colegiobolivar.edu.co as  soon as you ship your belongings to Miami along with the TRACKING NUMBER.
