Early Childhood Center
We welcome you to El Nido, Colegio Bolívars Early Childhood Center, a magical learning environment for young children. My name is Amanda Felton; I am an early childhood specialist and, together with a great team of pedagogues, we have created a very special place for children between 18 months and 4 years of age, where wonder, discovery and exploration become the fundamental ideas for Deeper Learning.
El Nido welcomes pedagogical innovation as one of its value propositions. We continue to provide a safe learning environment for our children and their families that is engaging, purposeful and designed to cultivate curiosity, communication and relationship-building.
I hope that as a family, you will join the Bolivar Community. I have said it in the past and I will repeat it in the future, “I have the best job in the world.”
Sincerely,
Amanda Felton

The El Nido team is composed by a group of professionals committed to the culture of early childhood; teachers who believe that children are full of potential and unique individuals, teachers who believe in the value of play, creativity, and imagination, and in the importance of making mistakes…as an opportunity to take a deep breath, to continue growing.

El Nido, Early Childhood Center, counts with a counseling team conformed by Gloria Cecilia Domínguez counselor for Nido 1, Nido 2 and Nido 3 and María Camila Cortés counseling assistant for Nido 1, Nido 2 and Nido 3.
When children enter school for the first time, they enter a world where learning and wonder takes place, but at the same time, this experience demands emotional strength to adapt to a new environment different from home. The counseling team provides continuous emotional support for children and their families.
