ASOBOLIVAR Educational Fund

Introduction

ASOBOLIVAR Educational Fund

Upon entering the school, a 14-year relationship within the Bolivar Community begins for both you and your child. The ASOBOLIVAR Educational Fund is the Community’s solidary response, to ensuring our children’s education at Colegio Bolivar.

Message from the Board of Directors

Dear Parents,

For the school, promoting greater involvement and commitment from all of us towards our Bolívar Community is a priority.

The philosophy behind the ASOBOLIVAR Fund is grounded in the belief that education is the best legacy we can leave for our children. The Fund is precisely a solidarity response from the community to ensure their education at Colegio Bolivar.

As responsible parents, if we believe that the education of our children is vital, as a community, we must commit to the ASOBOLIVAR Educational Fund to make it a reality for the benefit of all.

In the past, the school provided temporary solutions to address the educational costs of some students who faced economic difficulties due to the death of a parent.

To definitively address this need and ensure the continuity of the chosen education for our children, the school, and the parent association (Asopadres) conducted a study of the different market alternatives, choosing the Educational Fund model. This model offers flexibility and self-management of resources, allowing us to provide full scholarships up to twelfth grade in cases of parental death, as well as partial scholarships, such as Temporary Financial Assistance, to help Bolívar families going through difficult situations. In both cases, we aim to provide the opportunity for students to continue their education at school.

This fund is an example of how we can work together for the well-being of our Community.

Sincerely,

Board of Directors Colegio Bolivar
